I bought the SunSetter 1000XT on May 5th 2009... received the awning 2 weeks later, but when I started assemble it , I discovered it was missing the fabric stops, 4 small round stops that hole the awning fabric in place on the roller.

Ive recently purchased an outddor awning from sunsetter. I gotta tell you, the quality is far better than that offerd at the local Lowe"s and Home Depot. The prices are reasonable and the guarantee is unbeatable. Shipping was quick and rather easy to install, with the help of my friend (which I kinda figured you cant install alone).

At our summer place we have a deck and after mid morning we couldn't sit on it because of the sun and heat . We purchased a Sunsetter awning and have been very happy with it . It not only keeps the sun off the deck but also from into our home. It must be about 10degrees cooler inside.
