I have used this product for 2 months and have started picking up interference and another babies feed.  I can't see my own baby but I can see some stranger's kid no problem.  When I called Summer, they basically told me too bad.  They have a new product out and I should try that one.  It only will cost me another $240.  Don't waste your money on this product!

Well that's just pooey.

Sometimes I think that customer service departments are either TOO bend-over-backwards or TOO stiffnosed.

Yeah, it was really creepy! My husband was Not happy at all and we haven't used the monitor since then. We keep the baby in our room for the time being. Summer says they stand by their product, but the woman I spoke to dismissed my complaint and just said "Well, it says on the owners manual that interference and picking up someone else's transmission is possible".
