Summer Infant Baby Bather Review

Fresh out of the hospital, we needed something that would serve as a great tool for bathing our newborn baby at night.  What we came upon was the Summer Infant Baby Bather, which turned out to be a great tool to wash the little one.  The biggest selling point to us was the fact that it seemed safe for a little baby, but the price was also something that we didn't frown upon.  We were able to purchase the Summer Infant Baby Bather for less than $20.00, and I must say that we really got our money's worth out of this baby bather.

As you can see from the product photo for the Summer Infant Baby Bather, it is tilted at an angle to help wash the baby easily.  We used it in the bottom of our bathtub at home during bath time, and merely set the bather in the bottom of the tub to begin washing the baby.  The mesh construction of the liner sinks the baby into the bather slightly, and allows for her to still have mobility while basically being held in place.  This is to keep the baby from tipping the bather over, or from throwing herself into the water.  The solid base adds more comfort to your peace of mind, and helps keep the bather in place.

We really liked using the Summer Infant Baby Bather when it came to bath time, and it made the whole process seem like the easiest thing in the world.  We have had to move on from this bather as our baby got to be too big for it, but we are going to keep it around for the next baby that is sure to come along soon.  We recommend this baby bather for a baby around 5 months of age or younger, unless they are big for their age.  It worked perfectly for our baby for the first 5 months, and then we moved up a size in order to give her more room in the tub.  We were very pleased with the usability, durability, and price point of the Summer Infant Baby Bather and recommend it to other parents.
