Suffolk County Community College Review

All Long Islanders know about SCCC, and it's kind of the school that people joked about. "I got into Suffolk cause I told them I have a pencil!"  But lots of us knew that going there would save us a ton of money for the first two years.

If your plans involve state school, or possibly even private, consider this as a viable alternative.  Most credits will transfer to SUNY schools.

They also offer some degree programs-  early childhood ed, some nursing.
