I suffer from allergies during the spring, I get congested and want nothing more than to come home, sit on the coach and be able to breathe. I tried these when I became sick a week after giving birth to my son.  Since I was breastfeeding I couldn't take much of anything to relieve my congestion.  So I bought these!  What a relief.  They really did help relieve my congestion and discomfort without pumping me and my baby full of medication.

Only thing you need to watch out for is don't touch the tablet while its dissolving.  Due to the chemical reaction it can feel kind of hot to the touch.  Definitely not something you can use with kids unless the are being watched.

Sudacare Shower Soothers are really great. Espicially this time of year when I am fighting allergy's. They work quickly in the shower to help me get my day started right.
