Two people in my home tried this product but it didn't do anything for either one of us! I already felt bad and having to stand in the shower until the disk dissapeared took awhile.  I wanted to be in bed instead with vicks on my chest like I did as a kid.  This is a time I wished for a time machine and take me back to my youth!
