SudaCare Shower Soothers — 

  They only work with a ver hot shower but they are great to use if you are very stopped up.   These work better then putting vicks up your nose which makes nose sore.   So for a great decongestant use sudda care for congestion.  They do cost a little more but they are great for adults and kids
