Shower soohters are a great product if you are fighting a cold or are just stuffed up. It open syour sinuses up and even makes an achy body feel better. There is only a couple of down sides to this product, it is not medicated so if you are severely sick it only provides limited relief. The other thing is that it heats up as it gets wet, so if you step on it, it hurts. Over all thought I'd say this is one of the best products to use for short term results caused by a cold or allergies.
