Subway Diet. Amazing. There's not much else to say! Whoever is out there looking for a diet that won't require much cooking, and will deffinitely get you into the best shape of your life(even post-baby like me), try this! All you do is eat subway fresh fit items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have so much variety that I don't think I had the same thing more than twice during my 3 month dieting period. Of course, the stuff was so good I wanted to sometimes, so I did :).
My favorite three items:
Turkey 6incher
Chicken parmesean 6incher
Their salads are soooo good!
The food, aside from being in a low calorie range, tastes absolutely great, which is my favorite part. I used to be on weight watchers and south beach, but they tasted terrible! If you've tried those diets and feel like all diet food is the same, then think again!(and go to subway :D)
I think I've said enough for you to all want to try subway, they are all over the place and it shouldn't be too hard to find one!
