Subway Diet — 

Jared lost SO much weight JUST by eating Subway sandwiches. THAT is what we are expected to believe. No fine print. Oh, wait... we forgot to get out the magnifying glass again. Did we mention Jared trekked 3 miles to and from Subway every day to buy his sandwiches? Did we mention when he got there, he bought veggie sandwiches on wheat bread with no sauce, because that would be added calories? Did we forget to mention that this "diet" is just the common sense reality that to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you ingest, and that there are far tastier ways to do this than the "Subway diet". I am not a fan, at all. The Subway diet is another fad diet that leaves out important, heck, VITAL, nutrients like... oh, say.. PROTEIN. Yes, you'll lose weight. That's what happens when your body starts cannabalizing itself. It basically eats its own muscle tissue. NOT the way to go. After reading the fine print, I have to say this is so ridiculous I would only hope no one is actually going to try it. And if so, stick to the turkey. It's a heck of a lot safer that way.
