Subway Diet — 

I always grab Subway sandwich while I am in a hurry. Very Tasty. Even though it is a take-out, I need feel guilty of putting fats and salts into my body. Even though I go easy on cheese and dressings, the taste is not compromised because of the veggies and lowfat measts , and the delicious health breads. Saving the left over sandwich  in its original wrapper is also very easy. I am a huge eater, so I could eat a whole foot long all by myself, but for most people 1/2 foot  is enough. They  are not expensive and not cheap. But the store I go to, give a foot long free after 10 stamps. This brings down the price and makes it affordable. But my 5 yr. old  finds the sandwich to big to bite into it.  He takes some of the veggies and eat them seperately. I am happy he eats them some way or the other without me begging him to eat.

To sum it up:

Pros: Easy, convinient,tasty healthy not expensive

cons: Not dirt cheap, not kid friendly

I would prefer if they can come up with a kid size sandwich and price it accordingly.
