The subway diet works! I started working there when I was 16 and everyone kept telling me that they were losing weight from eating there every day. So I tried it. I ate a sandwich and a salad for lunch and dinner every night and started working out! I lost 35 lbs in 3 months. One good thing about this diet is that you have a lot to choose from and they have healthy sides like yogurt and raisins plus baked chips. I recommend this diet to everyone! I used to eat the veggie sub all the time and added meatball sauce to it to add a little extra flavor. I would eat the chicken sandwich with a smear of mayo and all the veggies too! just make sure that you get water or another healthy beverage to drink. That is a lot of peoples downfall is that they drink so many things with a lot of sugar in them. I would rollarblade or do taebo tapes . Also they take the hard work out of it by telling you all the calories that you are eating. So try it! :)
