Subway Diet — 

For those who want to get back in shape or just be healthy, this is right for you.  Subway's fresh and fit diet is most definetely the best choice.  And it really works.  Just look at Jared.  Many others have also used this diet and were very happy to find it tried and true. 

The food is fresh and has just the right amount of nutrition our bodies need, without the unwanted build up of grease or sugar.  The menu is huge, so even picky people may find something they like.  And everything is fresh and made right there in front of you.

The many different combinations are very tasty.  Customers go along with the employees and name off what they would like on their subs, so your sub is always just right for you.  Whether you add something or leave it off, you always get exactly what you want. 

There are also small bags of chips or cookies to add with your sub, also.  Those are considered unhealthy, or junkfood.  But they are in small amounts.  And you have the power to choose whether to eat them or not.

Overall, the subway diet is, in my opinon, a good way to eat healthy and feel good.
