I actully found that eating subway's grilled chicken sandwich 3 times a week along with my slimfast actually help me lose some weight. The great thing about that with the special that they now have for $5.00 footlongs it would make into 2 meals. So I would eat one half for lunch and the other for dinner. So for that price and half the fat grams that you would get out of a Big Mac and just FYI Mig Macs have 23 grams of fat, I would gladly eat a subway over fried food. I used to think it was just a myth with the guy on the commericals that lost all of the weight. But I have tried many other diets and starving myself. So one day I say ok if he can do it than I can too. Now along with eating the subs I did start to exercise more and that took off even more weight. My strong suggestions for subways are the grilled chicken sandwich with the sweet onion sauce on the side and the turkey with light mayo.
