Pros

    New healthier sides, healthy, it good for me, Very Healthy!, Good food, Tasty, weight loss, even the picky eaters might like it, Fresh veggies

    Salad everyday, Have to eat subs ALL the time

I have tried the Subway Diet and if Jarred can do it so can.  Subway salad and sandwiches are healthy and light .  Usually I either get a salad or a sandwich, because eating two items with the same thing is unreal to me.  Might as well get a salad that has meat and croutons or bread.  Excerise is important, because that is what Jarred did, but how about people unable to walk will they get the same results?  Subway has become very creative with having different food on the menu.  Especially the Pizza dish, which children love, even though it's healthy.
