ok, I know there's a lot of skeptricism out there about the authenticity of this diet, and i must admit that this isnt really a diet, it's more getting people to limit what they eat. One reason this works for most folks is they can watch their sandwich being made and they can choose the ingredients that go on the sandwich, as opposed to a regular fast food place that supports the point and pray technique to ordering food. every day I go into a subway, and every day the meats cheeses and veggies look fresh and delicious. and if you want to really go healthy instead of getting just a regular sub sandwich, you could order a FLATBREAD VEGGIE SANDWICH! no joke this is the healthiest sounding sandwich i've ever heard of. of course this isnt my kind of food but for anyone out there looking for a quick healthy snack, or even a meal, go to subway. hands down the best restaurant out there, for a foot long its $5, its quick, theres probably one down the street, and it's delicious. thumbs way up for the subway guys
