Subway - All Locations - Beaverton, OR Review

Hi Subway and fellow reviewers.

My name is Chelsea and I like to tell my honest opinion - warning to the weak hearted. Oh Subway, Subway, Subway. You have failed me, along with many other customers it appears. I've read at least 20+ reviews complaining about your workers over a span of 3 years. HELLO improve your customer service training. I went to one of your franchises in Spokane, Wa and came face to face with disapointment. I had an energy drink around 10am then a bowl of cereal around 1pm (College student here deal with the diet) then at 5:50pm -10 mins before my break- I was shaking starving. I think it was the energy drink. I don't usually have those. ANYWAYS I was so hungry and I ordered a chicken blah... blah... -no one cares- The young girl put scaresly ANY veggies on my sandwich and that's what I wanted most. OK you're advertising pictures are BS. There have been many reviews saying how your employers are scarce with veggies so it has to be in the training. And when she 'toasted' (in a microwave) my sandwhich, she burt the bread. But I was starving so I left with my thin burnt sandwich. You know what? Behind your $5 footlongs and expensive advertising campaigns your just a shop with terrible service and little care for the customer. Subway needs a major face lift before it begins to bring in new customers.
