Subaru Forester - 2004 —
The Subaru Forestor is a "mini-suv" with a comfortable ride and cargo space to carry a 5-ft bookcase. Since it is on a passengar car frame, it's easy to drive (smooth manual transmission) and great gas mileage--over 30 mpg on the highway without airconditioning use. The only negatives are a slightly noisy ride, unlike a luxury auto, and the audio settings which are not readable if it's sunny as the settings are very "thinly lit" numbers. The cup holders are small so they leave something to be desired. But there are lots of positives and if, and when, this car wears out, I'll be buying another Subaru Forestor.Last edited on Sep 20, 2007
