I really enjoy using Suave Vitamin E Body Lotion on my hands . So many times lotions are either too smelly or don't have the right consistency, but this lotion is perfect. There is a slight pleasant smell to the lotion that doesn't linger or overpower. Over the years, my hands have gotten scarred up from one thing or another, and I am hoping that the Vitamin E in the lotion will help with those scars, but I haven't been using it long enough to see any results..yet. The consistency of the lotion is about what you would expect, albeit slightly too runny. But it keeps my skin nourished and lasts for at least a day. It dries quickly and a little goes a long way. Living in a long winter state, we are so in need of lotion on a daily basis. Our skin gets so dried out from our furnace running constantly that even our pets get all staticky and sparky. Yikes! I have now tried just about Suave lotion ever made and available on the market (luckily, these lotions are so cheap, one can actually afford to do that), and I have to add this lotion to the list of lotion that simply are not even worth buying at all, unless you are on a very tight budget. This lotion is really quite thin and runny, and by looking at the list of ingredients, you will see a ton of ingredients you cannot even read but also the fact that Vitamin E, which is advertised as such an important ingredient in this formula, is way down the list, which mean there is probably not very much of it in the lotion. And it shows when one uses it. As far as moisturizing goes, this is very average and barely makes a difference. I found myself re-applying the lotion several times throughout the day, so I went through that large bottle in about ten days. So even though it is cheap, what is the advantage if you have to buy a new bottle every week or so? The scent is also way too strong and perfume-y. Finally, the pump tends to get clogged up, and I had to clean it out several times in order to dispense lotion into my hands. Scent It smells a bit like perfume and quite unnatural. I was hoping for something a bit more neutral for a Vitamin E lotion. Absorption Goes on very easily because it is so thin and watery, and also gets absorbed very easily. Moisture does not last long at all, you will feel like you need more lotion soon after.

I purchased this lotion while grocery shopping. It caught my eye on the shelf and I decided to give it a try. I had heard of the benefits of using Vitamin E and thought this would be a good addiction to my skin care regimen. I have been using Suave products for years as they make fantastic bath and hair products for children so I had high expectations for this lotion. Sadly, this lotion did not live up to my expectations. I was pretty disappointed in this lotion. The lotion itself is very thin. This is the first thing that I noticed about this product. Not that thin lotion is a bad thing but I am used to using a thicker body lotion. Well, the lotion did rub on smoothly and appeared to absorb nicely into my skin but then I noticed that there were "tiny balls" on my legs. This is when I realized that the lotion didn't really absorb but had dried and was rubbing off. It only did this on my legs and not the rest of my body where I applied the lotion. I also did not notice any change in my skin. I am not sure if it really moisturizes effectively. Scent This lotion did have a very nice scent. Absorption This body lotion really did not absorb into my skin but appeared to dry on my legs and then rubbed off. Effectiveness This lotion was not very effective at moisturizing my skin. I was very disappointed in this lotion.

I love trying different beauty care products. So, I never stick with just one product. I will say that when I need to save some money I rely on Suave to give me quality products that work that are very budget friendly. Vitamin E has been proven to be excellent for the skin. This lotion isn't as luxurious as other lotions I've tried but it does work. If you need a basic lotion that works great this is an excellent option. Scent This has a light, fresh scent. Absorption This absorbs nicely and evenly into my skin. It does not feel heavy or greasy. Effectiveness This makes my skin feel soft and comfortable. It is great for the whole family to use. My husband and kids use this often. Very easy to apply and I like the flip up cap on the bottle. Suave Vitamin E lotion does a an excellent job at moisturizing and hydrating my skin. For extra moisturizing, I put it on right when I get out of the shower while my skin is still a little damp.

Suave may not be the most expensive brand of beauty care products out on the market, but by far they are a brand I love. I keep Suave vitamin E lotion in my master bathroom, for use after every shower, and in my guest bathroom, for guests to use, or if I just want lotion through the day. It goes on smooth and thick, it doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy or sticky. I use it when I get out of the shower, and I have found that my skin still feels smooth hours later. My daughter has very dry skin and I encourage her to use it everyday as well. It has helped control her itching and the dry skin patches as much as the more expensive lotions. I especially love that it comes in a pump bottle. This makes it easy to get out for me and my young daughter, who is only 8, without making a mess. Scent The scent is quite nice. Its certainly not the best smelling, but it does have a pleasant scent. Absorption I use this on my body when I get right out of the shower, and even hours later my skin still feels smooth and moisturized. Effectiveness I love how well this has helped my daughter with her very dry skin. Before she was always scratching her legs and arms and since I started her using this, it is so much better for her.

One of the best lotions at a really affordable price is Suave Vitamin E Body Lotion. This lotion keeps your skin from getting too dry during the winter months. It also helps prevent your skin from getting dried out. You don't have to worry about your skin getting oily when you use this product, and it absorbs really well into your skin. It also doesn't cause any irritation for my sensitive skin. This product is really affordable, and you can find it at almost any grocery store or convenience store. There are also coupons available for this lotion. Absorption This absorbs well into my skin and does not make my skin greasy or oily after I apply the lotion. Suave Vitamin E Body Lotion works best on normal skin. My skin is a combination of normal and dry. My hands, knees, ankles, feet and elbows are usually dry. The rest of my skin is normal. There are a few areas on my face that get oily. I use this lotion on the normal areas of my body. I like to use this on my arms and legs the most. It moisturizes and softens those areas. The Vitamin E in this lotion works wonders. It improves the texture of my skin. I like the texture of the lotion as well. This lotion isn't greasy either. The fragrance is nice. It has a fresh, faint scent. I prefer lotions that smell sweet. I like the design and the container this lotion comes in. It is soft and easy to hold. It dispenses the lotion well. The size I have is 18 ounces. Every time a lotion by Suave comes out, I try it. This lotion is "not" one of my favorites by Suave. It's not bad. It is above average. The price is fair because it works better than expected.

If you are looking for a lotion that isn't expensive and leaves your skin silky smooth then Suave Vitamin E Body Lotion is the one. I love this lotion, it doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy like a lot of them do and the vitamin e helps keep your skin younger looking. Scent The scent is light and refreshing, there is no loud annoying heavy scent with perfumes that can be so annoying. Absorption I love the way this lotion goes on, it does not leave a greasy feeling like some do. It absorbs quickly and leaves your skin so soft and smooth. I love to use it as soon as I get out of the shower, seems to work best for me by doing this.This lotion has became a daily routine of mine. If you want a lotion that is very affordable and does it's job then I recommend Suave. Effectiveness This lotion is great for dry or severe dry skin. I have dry skin. My hands get very dry after I wash them. Suave Vitamin E body lotion is very inexpensive. Vitamin E is an antioxidant so it's supposed to help protect the skin while also moisturizing it. I primarily apply this lotion to my hands but also other parts of my body when needed. It's not too greasy and absorbs fairly well. It's a tad on the watery side, but does a great job moisturizing. After applying this lotion, my skin feels very soft and stays soft throughout the day. This lotion has a nice, pleasant smell. It's not overpowering or overwhelming. It's light and smells fresh. I prefer lotion to not have an overbearing smell. The best thing about this lotion is that it's cheap and widely available. I'm a bit more particular with my face lotions, but in terms of body lotion, I prefer to spend less. The bottle is large and lasts a long time. I do wish that it had a push down dispenser instead of a cap though.

I gave it a 5 because the price is good. In buying a lotion, I would splurge and get a good one. Maybe it is because I am getting older and my skin is getting dryer, but this product left me wanting more. My hands still felt dry. One way I can tell if a lotion is really good, is if I put it on my feet and they feel great and don't hurt. Another test is if I put it on my back after a shower and my back does not itch anymore. This lotion does not pass either test. It does not feel rich and creamy enough for me. Scent Just okay, not great. Nothing that makes me want to put it on again. Absorption Does not absorb the greatest. I feel like I need to wipe it off with a towel. Effectiveness I do not feel that this product is that effective. I want a lotion that makes me feel good. That makes my skin not cry for moisture after I have put it on. To not be greasy that I need a towel to wipe my hands afterwards. This product did not deliver for me.
