This conditioner does a fine job of softening my hair. I was lucky enough to receive this as a sample to try. This conditioner softens my split ends. I like to use this before I trim the ends of my hair, which I do weekly. It makes the ends of my hair extra smooth. It also gives my hair the right amount of moisture. It makes my hair shine a little as well. I consider this conditioner to be a cheap one, but it works great. The scent of this conditioner has a nice aroma to it. It smells like fresh almonds and shea butter. The ingredients in this conditioner makes my hair strong and thick. It is easy to use. I condition my hair twice with it, then I rinse it out. I style my hair and it looks lovely. The design of the container it comes in is a pretty light green color. I received a sample of this because I bought something else from the store. The sample I received was big enough for me to know how well this stuff works. I was able to use it several times. It is a good one. "Suave Professionals Moisturizing Conditioner Almond & Shea Butter" is worth a try.

I am a long time fan of this brand. I have tried multiple of their products and always been pleased. This conditioner for damaged hair is another product I am adding to my regular rotation. It is awesome. I always mix up my conditioners so my hair does not get used to one particular kind. I purchased this to use throughout the winter months. I wanted to see if it would repair damage done to my hair by cold. It worked great. My hair looked really strong and moisturized through out the winter months. I plan to continue to use it through out the summer due to coloring my hair. It works really well and does what it promises. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to repair damaged hair. Effectiveness It was really effective on my hair. My hair is long and thick. The ends look really damaged a great deal of the time. This conditioner definitely helped to repair my ends and make my hair look better. It gave an all over great look to my hair. Scent The scent was good. I enjoyed it.

Pantene Pro-V is one of my favorite conditioners, but I don't always buy it because it's a little on the expensive side. Even though I don't buy it all the time, I have use Pantene Pro0V Conditioner for Dry Damaged Hair when my hair really needed strong conditioning. I have long, thick, wavy hair that tends to get really frizzy. Most of the time I try to use conditioner that will also add moisture to my hair to keep it from getting unmanageable. Pantene really helped with keeping my hair shiny as well as moisturized. I use a small amount of this, and leave it in my hair for two to three minutes. After rinsing it out, it makes my hair a lot less knotty than it normally is. It keeps it from getting too knotty throughout the day. Effectiveness This does a great job of conditioning my hair as well as keeping it from getting too knotty. Scent All Pantene Pro-V products smell great, and this one is no different. It keeps my hair smelling clean all day long.

If you are on a budget for hair or beauty products lately, then I think this would be a nice product to pick up. Although there are products out there that are better than this conditioner, they are also much more expensive. Not only is this conditioner a fraction of the price, but it truly does work very well for me. I noticed when I first applied it onto my hair that it has a very smooth and creamy consistency, and it runs through my hair quickly and easily. It isn't a hassle to apply, and it smells absolutely amazing. After I rinsed the product out of my hair, my hair had a silky smooth finish to it, it wasn't tangled or rough, plus I could smell a nice almondy sweet smell to it. My hair had been dyed excessively before I used this product, and I needed a nice everyday product that would really help my hair get back in good shape. If that is something you also need to fix, or if you just want something to make your hair soft and smooth, this Suave conditioner is your best bet at a wonderful price.

Looking at the other reviews, it seemed like people loved this conditioner, but in my opinion... it sucked. Sure, it smelled great and it is SUPER affordable, but it turned my hair into a mess. I didn't notice it immediately, but after I switched to this conditioner, the hair at my scalp felt like they were coated in lard! It didn't look too horrible (besides my hair being unattractively flat) but it actually felt like slicked my scalp with Crisco. It took a week or two of a different conditioner for the feeling to go away no matter how many apple cider vinegar rinses I did. If your scalp is ridiculously (and by that I mean prescription-worthy) dry, this might be the conditioner for you, but if you were just looking for a bit of added moisture to keep your hair silky smooth, this is NOT the conditioner for you. Scent If there was one upside to all of this, it was that this conditioner smelled great!

Let me start off by saying that I love all Pantene products, I do not use anything else in my hair! I started using the Pantene Conditioner for Dry Damaged Hair when I started using the blow dryer and straightener more. I noticed my hair was becoming dry on the ends and looked damaged. I love the gloss feel that this conditioner provides and how it makes my hair look and feel healthy! Will definitely keep using it! Effectiveness It works wonders on dry and damaged hair. I definitely noticed a change in my hair after beginning to use this and love the shine it leaves! My hair, in under a week, went from looking dry and damaged to looking healthy and feeling healthy to my touch. I don't always use it with the shampoo for damaged hair and usually only use the conditioner once or twice a week depending on how my hair feels and it does the job! Would definitely say it is very effective. Scent It doesn't have a strong scent but one that leaves your hair feeling refreshed!

I received a full size sample of this Suave Professionals Almond & Shea Butter Moisturizing Conditioner, along with a full size sample of the coordinating Suave Professionals Almond and Shea Butter Shampoo. I was glad to be able to try them together because I think products like this work best when you take all of the intended steps. I was so disappointed with the conditioner. First of all, the texture of it felt like cheap hand lotion. The kind where when you rub it on just kind of sits on your skin without actually absorbing into it. I think that is all this conditioner (and I use that term VERY loosely) did on my hair too. This did absolutely nothing to moisturize my hair. My hair felt like straw after I used this set. My hair was worse feeling after using this condition than it was before hand! I would never recommend this to anyone. I ended up tossing both the shampoo and the conditioner in the trash after one use. It was that bad. It wasn't even worth hanging on to in case I ran out of my usual brand! Scent I usually love anything with any kind of almond scent. It reminds me of my grandma. This however did not smell like almonds at all. The scent wasn't very strong or very pleasant.

First of all, I love this product. The smell is heavenly. The conditioner is good for daily use. It is a light conditioner and could be a little thicker. I also think the conditioner works alright, but not great. That being said, I love the smell so much that I am willing to use it as a "good", not "great" product anyway. I prefer the bottle, especially the larger size that we always buy for our family, to come with a pump. It lasts longer and you do not have to pick up the heavy bottle for small children. Most of the time, the bottles only seem to come with a cap. Effectiveness For daily use, this product is effective, sort-of. It does tend not to be a very deep conditioner and runs very easily. The product itself is very thin compared to other conditioners. It also makes my hair easy to brush through, but fly-aways are still quite common. My hair looks smooth, but sometimes it is hard to tell if I simply shampooed or if I used the conditioner. To me, that should be more obvious. That being said, it is a non-greasy product. Scent If it were not for the scent, we would not buy the conditioner for this product.
