I have used this conditioner in the past and it works well, especially if you combine it with the shampoo that goes along with it. This conditioner goes on well and a little goes a long way. It seems to smooth out my hair well and get the knots out. It moisturizes well and soaks into your hair. It makes your hair manageable and soft. I like to use this one and would use it again in the future. I also like the price of this product. You can't beat a good price. For the price of this product and the way it works, it makes it a great deal. The scent of this conditioner is nice and fresh and I like it a lot. I would recommend giving it a try. I think that if you bleach your hair or use extremely harsh chemicals on it that leave it crunchy and dry, then this is a good product to use the day after. If you use it for a long time or over weeks or months, then it's probably going to weigh your hair down and make it feel greasy.

I love this conditioner because it does not weigh down my curls. It also works great on straight hair (my mother uses it) and hair that is both curly and straight (my daughter uses it as well). I've found that other conditioners build up over time and not only weigh down my hair but irritate my scalp. Not to mention my hair goes from healthy and shiny looking to limp and nasty looking. I have never experienced that with this conditioner and I use it every day. I'm also really sensitive to certain dyes and chemicals and love the fact that my scalp is never irritated using this product. It has taken me years to find body and bath products that don't leave my skin in pain for at least an hour and this conditioner is one of those products. The shampoo is another, but that's for another review. My hair is naturally very curly and using this conditioner my curls are bouncy, shiny, soft and defined. Individual curls with very little work. Just squeeze the excess water with a towel from my hair and then stand and flip my hair back - voila! Effectiveness I haven't seen a split end in years. Scent It has a nice scent but not an overpowering one.

I also reviewed the Suave Professionals Humectant Shampoo, which I use together with this conditioner. I was able to get these at a great deal, which is really the only reason I bought them. I had not seen any commercials or advertisements for them. I normally used Pantene, but I find this set to be way more conditioning for my hair and I obtain much better results.  When using this product, or any other conditioner, I always apply it before washing my body so that I can leave it in for several minutes. Conditioners work better based on how long they stay in, not how much you slap on your head.  I knew instantly in the shower that this product was different. My hair did not feel squeaky when I rinsed the shampoo out, and once I used this conditioner I found that my hair did not tangle and I love the scent. It is just a nice simple fragrance. Maybe one day I will try the Almond version, but I love this one! I think everyone should try it!

Suave Professionals Humectant Conditioner didn't work for my hair.  This product says right on the bottle that it is "Salon Proven to moisturize as well as Nexxus." I have tried Nexxus before, and I definitely didn't get the same results from the Suave version. I have long, straight hair that usually dries flat without a lot of hassle, but after using Suave, my hair was much more tangled. I had to add more styling products just to comb through my hair. Then, whether I used a blow-dryer or let my hair air-dry, I was left with a head of frizzy, dry, dull hair. Maybe other Suave products live up to the claims made on the packaging, but this one didn't. In fact, I ended up throwing it out because even in an 'emergency' when I run out of other products, this is not something I'd be willing to use again. The smell was fine--nothing too strong.; The texture of the condition was a little thin; the thicker ones seem to work better for my thick hair. The bottle is convenient with a bottom flip-cap so the product is always settled at the opening, so you don't have to shake the bottle to get anything to come out.

I like all the Suave products, but this is my favorite one of them all. I always make certain that I have a bottle of this in the house. It is absolutely as good as the similar salon product. My three daughters also use it and love it. It is so rich and thick. I LOVE the scent. This conditioner truly moisturizes my hair which is very dry and colored frequently. I put it on my hair, then put on a plastic shower cap, and leave it on until my shower is done. The cap keeps the heat in and the Suave can really penetrate into my hair.Even after my hair is blow-dried and flat ironed, it still looks smooth, hydrated, and silky. My hair stylest has many times told me how healthy my hair looks and feels, especially for being colored and foiled. She should know! I get this great conditioning that is every bit as good as a salon conditioning for a fraction of the cost! I have even gotten this buy one get one free! Now your'e talking a major savings!!

Oh my gosh, it smells so great and leaves your hair feeling so soft and shiny.  Like the shampoo of the same line, I absolutely love this.  I have fine, thin, and sometimes oily hair and the long locks are troubled by winter weather dryness.  This works so great without weighing my hair down.  I've been able to switch to an every other day (instead of every day) shampoo and condition because of this line of hair care without the problem of oily hair around my face.  You'll receive compliments from hairdressers about how soft and silky your hair is without spending a fortune on products that really don't deliver - believe me I've tried a lot of products that turned out to be duds.  Save your money and buy this stuff on sale (and in quantity).  Spend the savings on a great dress! The only thing I would change about this product is I would place the shampoo in a different colored bottle for those of us who are sight challenged without our contacts or glasses in the shower.

I've been a hair care junkie my entire life. I have very thick dark, naturally curly hair. I have hard water at home and get color and highlights. My hair is always in need of conditioning. I have a coupon for a free suave professionals product. Mind you, I have NEVER been a Suave fan. So I bought this bottle of conditioner and have loved it so much that I've tried several other products in this professional line. My hair is shiny, soft, no build-up (which sometimes happen with hard water), the smell is great, my hair isn't dry. LOVE this product! The price is also quite desirable.

I have just started buying this conditioner within the past two months because my friend recommended I try it and see wha it does for me. I am grateful she did because it performs the results I have been looking for. Most conditioners I have used in the past makes my hair look oily, flat, and frizzy. This conditioner tops all of the negatives I have been experiencing two months ago. It leaves your hair smooth, has volume, and does not frizz up, and best of all does not make your hair look oily. It is cheaper than a salon conditioner by more than half the price and performs all the same results. Although I am more satisfied with this conditioner than others I have used in the past. I do believe Suave professionals should come out with a moisturing conditioner with these same results as well.

Personally I would use this shampoo just for the smell, which is absolutely delicious. It's price is very low for a shampoo that keeps my hair in silky shape. I always use Suave products for my hair, because they are superior products for a low price. The only thing I don't like about the Suave Humectant shampoo is that I can't use it two days in a row. My hair tends to get oily around the scalp so this shampoo has the potential to weigh down my hair. Overall, though, I absolutely love it and it keeps my hair moisturized and nicely scented.
