Suave Professionals Healthy Curls Scrunching Mousse Review

For many years, I was a huge supporter of Salon Selectives scrunching curls mousse (purple can). About a year ago, the product was discontinued and I tried EVERYTHING but found no substitute. I have long hair so was not keen on spending huge bucks on a mousse as I can go through a can every 1-2 weeks.

I also live in Canada so do not have access to all the brands available in the US. After a recent shopping trip, I tried Suave Professionals Healthy Curls Scrunching Mousse and fell in love - it has been the closest alternative to the formula by Salon Selectives. Unlike other brands I tried, this mousse didn't dry out my hair with alcohol are coat my hair in a hardening syrup. It keeps my curls soft and touchable and while I don't think anything will ever stop the frizz on a rainy day - that's what updos are for!

For less than $3 a can, I give this can two thumbs up!
