If you have read my previous review on my family's dry skin and how we suffer http://www.viewpoints.com/Jergens-Ultra-Healing-review-79405, you will have read that I suffer from dry skin and my daughter from Eczema.  I purchase many different brands of lotions that claim to help heal or have super, ultra, mega moisturizing and usually come up pretty disappointed.

The Suave Skin Therapy Lotion disappointed me.

For Christmas I received a very nice goodie basket with all sorts of neat stuff in it and one of the products I love to use at work is Suave Advanced Therapy for severely dry skin.  I must say my tube is going very fast, that sits on my desk.  Seems everyone is loving my hand cream, and the scent is very light and pleasant.

I like that is has multi-vitamins and glycerin which sound harsh, but so not true and it last up to 24 hours to help break the cycle of dryness and it really does make a difference on my hands, arms and elbows and I like that it doesn't cost a lot like many other brands...

This body lotion is supposed to heal and protect skin from dryness. Enriched with vitamins and glycerin it is also supposed to last 24 hours. Less expensive than other brands but supposed to work just as well as more expensive brands.

The scent of the lotion at first seems pleasant but after using it just once I could not tolerate the smell, it becomes overpowering. The more I put on the more it became unpleasant. When you are expecting a light fresh fragrance and this seems light at first but then changes. I first tried this after showering since that is the best time to apply lotion for it to...

I suffer from incredibly dry skin, especially in the winter time.  I am also a working mother so I need a lotion with lasting moisurizer.  Being budget savy, I decided to try Suave Advanced Therapy lotion.  It had a pleasant scent and was very moisturizing.  I used it after my shower and absolutely loved it.  My skin felt soft to the touch, and I had a very soothing sensation as I got ready for bed.  It was also very non greasy! This was a plus.  However, the moisturizing effect does not last.  I used Suave Advanced Therapy lotion again in the morning.  I applied it to my hands and elbows...

I hesitated to buy this because years ago Suave and I didn't get along skinwise. but I tried this and LOVE it. It's not too thick but rubs in easily and really keeps my skin moisturized all day. And the scent is not too strong.

This body lotion absorbs quickly, not greasy what so ever, skin feels supple and resilent.  Skin doen't feel silky smooth, cuz it is not greasy! Overall best daily lotion for the money.
