I am not really sure why I got this flavor of Lean Cuisine.  I usually try to stick to the lower carb options when it comes to my microwave diet meals, but for some reason I had a Lean Cuisine Chicken Fettuccine Dinner Time Selects in my freezer. When my daughter left the garage freezer opened over night after getting some ice cream the night before we had to either cook and eat everything in there or leave it.  Obviously the ice cream and stuff like that was a total wash, and the meat could be cooked and eaten for a couple of days but the frozen meals had to pretty much be eaten right away.  So that is how I came to eat the Lean Cuisine Chicken Fettuccini that was in my freezer.

The chicken fetuccini comes in a little black microwave safe dish as most Lean Cuisines do.  It has fettuccini noodles, with a white sauce, a few small pieces of chicken and some little pieces of broccoli.

To prepare you remove it from the box, do not slit film over the top.  Cook it in the microwave for 3 minutes.  Remove, and then carefully remove the film, stir, and then return it to the microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes depending on your microwave strength..

One package is a full serving and it will provide 360 calories and 3 grams of fat. It has 3 grams of saturated fat, 45 mg of cholesterol, 700 mg of sodium, 54 grams of carbohydrate, 6 grams of fiber, 26 grams of sugar, and 20 grams of protein.

The manufacturer claims that there is a full serving of vegetables in this meal.

It provides 4% of the RDA of Vitamin A, 20% Calcium,  90% Vitamin C and 8% iron

The product does contains: milk, soy, and wheat ingredients.

This product does not contain any preservatives.

If you are following the Weight Watchers program this meal is worth 5 points.

I thought this meal was OK, it is suppossed to be a dinner time sized meal, but it was not really big enough to be satisfying enough for dinner by itself. It is fine with a nice big salad.   The chicken pieces are a tiny bit larger than the ones in the lunch type meals, but still kind of small, and there is only a few of them.  The flavor was OK, it was not bad, but not really great either.

This meal had a lot of carbs in it, and for all the carbs it didn't seem like I had eaten that much.

If you are not watching your carbs, and you want a quick noodle type meal, this is an OK choice.
