Stouffer's Lean Cuisine Chicken Enchilada Suiza Frozen Food 9oz Review

The Stouffer's Lean Cuisine Chicken Enchilada Suiza Frozen Food 9oz tasted okay, but it seemed kind of soggy.  I had it in the oven for the required time and then some because of this sogginess issue.  I try to always check expiration dates, and in this case, this dinner was well within the date.  Sometimes I wonder if the frozen food sections in stores are cold enough for all of the items in them?  I wonder if this is a cause for some frozen food items to taste not exactly right?  Or, be too soggy?

I honestly do not think I will purchase another one of these dinners.  It wasn't that good for the amount of money I paid for it,  Sorry!  :  (
