Stouffer's Lean Cuisine Chicken Enchilada Suiza Frozen Food 9oz — 

I have always liked stouffer's cuisines.  There Lean cuisine chickne enchilada suiza isn't bad for a quick and easy lean meal.   I try not to eat to much frozen food.  But Lean Cuisines are nice at the job if you don't have a lot of time.
