Feeling a little adventurous, I decided to venture into untapped (by me, at least) yogurt possibilities. So it came to pass that I just spooned down a 6-oz. cup of Stonyfield Farm Organic Fat Free Black Cherry Yogurt with Fruit on the Bottom. I was impressed with this product which is probably truer to yogurt in its original concept and is made with six active cultures and no artificial sweeteners.
STATS:
The contents of a 6-oz. cup is considered to be a single serving containing 120 calories with none from fat. There are zero each total, saturated and trans fat, likewise zero cholestrol,...
review »This is a great non-fat yogurt! The "fruit at the bottom" flavors are sweet without having that fake processed flavor, and the premixed flavors (such as French Vanilla and Blackberry) are delicious -- very creamy. Plus, this yogurt doesn't have regular or Kosher gelatin (which often is derived from fish) in it, and thus I believe it is vegetarian-friendly. Only downside is that the yogurt is on the pricey side -- often around or just over $1/carton.
