I am so excited that I just found my favorite new yogurt.  Stonyfield Farms Fat Free Chocolate Underground yogurt is so good, it will make a yogurt lover out of anyone.  The taste is so rich and creamy, and it is so chocolatey.  I did learn that you need to stir the yogurt before eating because all the delicious chocolate syrup is at the bottom.  I love this as a snack, but it is great as a dessert too.  Each container is 170 calories, made with organic ingredients and fat free.  This is a wonderful way to add dairy to your diet, and it tastes amazing.
