This is definitely a well made, high quality baby stroller. Not only does it look incredibly cool, but it is also incredibly functional as well. Because of the bassinet feature, this stroller can be used comfortably and safely from the time your little angle is a newborn through about three years old. I stopped using a stroller with my daughter when she was two, but she could have easily used this stroller much longer. I loved how it could be changed to either have my daughter face me or face outward when she got older. Making the adjustment was simple and very straightforward. The only reason I rated this stroller an overall nine out of ten is that it is pretty expensive. Design This stroller is designed beautifully. It has shock absorbers so baby has a nice smooth, comfortable ride no matter what the surface is actually like. Safety I never felt like my daughter was unsafe in this stroller at all. Child Comfort This is a very well made, smooth riding stroller. Maneuverability This stroller was very easy to maneuver.

The design appeals to both my husband and myself. He enjoys taking the babe out in this. As we live in a little apartment we find this to be a little too large for us (but that would be the case with any stroller). Overall not a bad stroller but the little lady far prefers being carried so it sees little use.

We purchased this stroller shortly after our first child was born. While it was pricey we feel it was worth it. It's a great stroller perfect for the city. If you are going to be putting it in and out of a car everyday I probably would not recommend because it is large and on the heavy side however if you walk a lot from your home it's an excellent stroller option. It's very smooth for baby and pushes very well. The back wheels fold in so you are able to easily take it up and down stairs and the seat is very high which is perfect for in restaurants or crowded areas. It also has a very small footprint which is something else that makes it great in crowded areas. We've used it in the car on many occasions and it's been fine but taking it in and out on a daily basis may be a bit tiring. Over all it's a fabulous stroller and I would say it's well worth the price. Design We love the design of this stroller, the seat height is wonderful and the small footprint is a huge plus for us. Safety We feel that our child is very safe in this stroller. Child Comfort Our child is very comfortable and happy in this stroller. Maneuverability This stroller had an excellent push and can easily be steered with one hand. Durability We've had this stroller for over 5 years and have never had any problems with it. The materials still look brand new as well as the frame.

The search for the perfect stroller is often, rather always pure evil. It is so hard to find the perfect price, color, size, height, and every other specific detail. This stroller is one of the very elite few that ever comes close to being a great stroller. The stroller is adjustable in just about every way so that you need not have more than one stroller in your child's lifetime. I especially enjoyed being able to switch about which way my child was facing: from me or away from me on each different day. The stroller is pretty big so it is a smooth ride for your child, and it is also not impossible to manuever for the mommy or daddy. Storage is sometimes an issue, especially in my small apartment. The only downside to this stokke stroller for me was the price tag. Although this stroller does last long and works really well, it is never possible to spend about a grand on anything and not feel bad about it. Overall, I would say that this stroller works really wonderfully, and is mostly worth the price.

I can't recommend this stroller enough! It is very expensive compared to regular strollers but it really is worth the extra money. It is really well constructed and the attention to details is outstanding. I'm quite tall and I was used to having to crouch slightly pushing the strollers we previously owned but with the Stokke Xplory you can adjust the height as well as the angle of the handle. I also love that my baby can face me instead of always facing away and the different height options that can be used make it practical as well as for example you can use it as a highchair when you're out and about.The carrycot has been very useful as you can easily clip it on and off the stroller we've used it at nap time around the house and even overnight when we're visiting friends and relatives (you can purchase sheets which fit around the carrycot's mattress). I also really like the accessories available for this stroller, the best is probably the toddler board which my 3yr old loves. I also highly recommend the Winter Kit if you live somewhere that gets quite cold, I've been using it since November and I'm still able to take our dog for walks with the stroller without worrying that my little one will get cold.Overall this is a quality stroller which looks amazing and is well worth the investment!

The stokke xplory basic baby stroller is a wonderful and versatile stroller that you can keep for years!  This stroller really has thought of everything and is so great for the parent who wants to keep up with current trends and styles!  The stokke stroller converts to allow for either baby facing parent or baby facing away depending on the age of your child and position of the bassinet.  Whether faced forward or backwards, the stokke baby stroller elevates your child so that they are super close to you.  The design is great because you are not bending down or on your knees to strap your child in safely.  Rather they are placed roughly around the height of your belly button so they can definitely interact with you and you can take care of them easier when they begin fussing.  The stokke stroller definitely has safety first in mind for the baby, and the stroller si equipped with a five point harness to keep your child secure!

this is the best stroller ever! We received two others for our baby shower before going back and forth and deciding to buy the stokke. At first I was nervous that a "stroller is a stroller" and I was wasting money. This stroller is amazing we have used it as a high chair even at restuarants. The only down fall is that stroller is a little large to store in a small trunk. Great stroller-highly recommended.

I received the Stokke Xplory when my daughter was four months of age and I used it until she was 3.5 years of age.  It's very versatile and the large wheels make it very shock absorbant.  Ofttimes my daughter would sleep in it while I worked around the house because if reclined very far back.  I thoroughly enjoyed using it and got many stares when I took it out for a stroll because it looked so different from other strollers. Another great feature is that it can be used on stairs.  It seems to be more oriented for life in European countries, which is where it originated.  In this country, people frown on the use of stollers on stairs with a child still onboard. I still have it to this day, and intend to keep it to pass along to my daughter some day.  My only comlaint is that it is very bulky, heavy and does not fully collaspe easily.  I can't say for certain that it will fit into a small car as I have only taken it for walks around my neighborhood.

If you're reading this review you're probably thinking about the Xplory and waiting for a sign, someone to tell you to buy it, someone to tell you it's great...well, let that someone be me. Buy the Stokke Xplory; you'll love it! We labored over the decision to spend so much on a stroller, but really we are so glad we did. Our daughter loves her stroller and we love it too. She sits so high up. We can actually have conversations with her while we are walking. Oftentimes, I will walk next to her, either holding her hand or pulling the stroller with the front bar. It's completely comfortable and nice because we can talk and interact with one another without me staring at the back of her head or her strained to turn around. It's great, too, when we go out to eat because we don't have to use the restaurant high-chair and can instead park the stroller at the table and everyone is comfortable. The only word of warning I can share is that the stroller does draw a lot of attention. Be ready to answer lots of questions about where you bought it or how you like it. We love it and are sure you will too. Buy it!!
