We bought this chair for our 4.5 year old in Germany about 5 years ago before they started to import it to the US.  It was one of our first purchases for our daughter.  It lets your child be part of your life at the dinner table, but still keeps them in their seat.  It also is not a huge ugly piece of plastic that sits off to the side.  It just blends in.  We have used it for almost 5 years, which from our perspective makes it a great value.  We have a new born and he is going to start using it as well.  It is not a throw away item, but something to keep.  It also comes in about 10 colors from conservative to high powered green and orange.  Just buy it and you will be happy with your purchase.

loved it as well - but I'm confused how you could use it with an infant? if you bought it some years ago, as I bought mine 3 yrs ago, they only had the kinderzeat which is for 18 months and up. The infant add-on is only available for the tripp-trapp. I wish they had the add-on for the kinderzeat because I have a 6 month old and now I have to find something for her.
