As you already know, I love Mary Higgins Clark novels, because she's a master plotter, seeding her books with crimes, clues, and psychopathic quirks that pay off. I think, that she's done it again - written a surefire bestselling thriller " Stillwatch ". I'll try to be brief, but let you know just a little bit about this thrilling plot. The main heroine is Pat Traymore - young, beautiful, talented, and deeply in love with a handsome congressman. She's come home to the glamorous, high-powered world of Washington to produce a TV series. Hee subject: Senator Abigail Jennings, first woman nominated to run for vice-president of the United States. But as Pat delves into Abigail's past, she discovers horrifying facts that threaten to destroy the reputation of a woman on the verge of political triumph. And worse still, nightmare secrets about her own childhood - secrets that are still waiting to destroy her.
I hope, I've sparked your curiosity just enough for you to read this novel. I think, you'll enjoy it. Good luck!!!
