This bar does what it claims to do and does it without irritating your skin. The only downside is that it can be very drying so as they suggest, you should only use it 2-3 times per week in place of your regular cleanser. I used this mainly to get itchy rash-like acne under control and help reduce redness. I don't have dermatitis but it did work pretty well to help with irritated acne on my cheeks. I like that it works up a really good lather and the bar is pretty huge so it will last a long time. It does come with a soap dish (bottom) but I don't like leaving it out in the open so I put it in a zip loc bag when it's not in use. Stieffel is a good company and makes great products, so you can't go wrong with this!
