    Toddlers play in it by themselves.

    Kids will get sand everywhere.

My two kids age 2 and 4 love this sandbox. They have been playing with it for a year. It is durable. They both fit in it together. Both my boy and girl love to play in it. (They do bring lots of sand in the house but that doesn't have anything to do with the box.)
