We bought the Naturally PlayfullMagic fountain Cottage for our daughter when she turned 3.  She is tall for her age and I wanted a house that would grow with her, be well ventilated, and look good in our backyard.  With the large opening on 1 side, my husband and I can reach right in and lift her out if we need to, or climb into the house to play.  While we can't stand up inside (obviously), my 6ft 4 husband can sit inside comfortably on the ground to play.  also, with the large window, it keeps the playhouse cool even in summer.  some of the other plastic playhouses can get really hot inside.  It is easy to keep clean with a hose and scrub brush or power washer.  The only problem we have had is that the fountain motor seems really loud... but my daughter loves the fountain so not really a deal breaker.  There is also a little crawl through door on the back of the house that is fun for our dog to go in and out.  My little one loves to open and close the shutters and ring the doorbell over and over.  There is a little mail slot where she loves to go get HER mail.  we have had the house for a year now and it has not faded or cracked outside and still looks like new, even with pretty heavy use!
