My husband had slept on several Stearns and Foster mattresses at hotels, and when we got married two and half years ago, we decided to purchase what we thought was "top of the line" mattress and foundation. Boy, did were we wrong! I have continually tried and asked about replacing this mattress to no avail. The Customer Service for Stearns and Foster is "awful." There is a place on the right side and on the left side where the coils are felt, and we have to put an "egg-roll crate" on the mattress so that we cannot feel it. I don't know about anyone else, but it is definitely not a love making mattress when it comes to "two people, especially if your husband is a little heavy." There are lumpy craters on my side and in the middle that will not smoothe itself out. To pay such an enormous price for this king size set, you would think that it would live up to its reputation, it does not. I have tried to get back in touch with the store since they sent someone out who only measures by string and some type of meter instrument to test for saggness. Saggness is the least of my problem! What we need is a brand new mattress that is better than the one that was purchased! I understand from the consumer affairs that there have been lots of complaints about this one particular mattress. As my husband is a news person on TV, I did not want to take this to the public, but now I see that I will have to do just that to get "better sleep" nights of rest. This is appalling and Stearns and Foster (Sealy) should honor their commitment of warranty.--The Armorers, Upper Marlboro, MD
