Stearns and Foster Mattress —
We had Stearns & Foster mattresses before but this last purchase is the worst experience we ever had. We bought a King Size Baroque Plaza style Stearns and Foster from Sleepy's. The mattress has a pillow top. The interesting thing is if you lay on the bed, you will sink into a valley so deep (and do not think it is weight related, cause my wife only weighs 110 lbs.)that you can feel the inner springs. So you say that this must be defective, and the company must have a Warranty. Well they have a limited warranty which only covers you if the top of the mattress has a indentation of 1 1/2 inches. What they do not tell you is that the pillow top covers the problems under it . The pillow top springs back and at most will only sink 1/2 inch. So you are stuck with a mattress which you plunked down a few thousand dollars, and wake up with the worst backaches possible. Company does not stand behind it's name.
