It took us literally years to be able to splurge and buy our Stearns & Foster Mattress set.   I think the key here is "mattress set" as no mattress will perform well or hold up under constant usage unless it is paired with the box spring for which it was originally designed.  The foundation piece...

When purchasing the mattress, we were looking for a firm and durable mattress. After only a couple of years, there are dips in both my husbands side of the mattress and mine.
