This is a great blog for discussing and learning about health care policy and justice issues. It also occasionally covers other subjects including Iraq, public health, religion, the state of the nation and media, and politics in general. There is a good readership, and a good, lively comments sections. The author definitely has an opinion about things, this is not "the facts only", but that's what makes it great, and the opinions are backed up with facts.

Interesting: like the Comments and Conversation that is what I lack, instead fighting and talking back the tv.
