State of Play Review

State of Play. I watched this today and give it two thumbs up. Russell Crowe and Ben Affleck were very good in this movie. Russell Crowe is a reporter who works for the Globe, Ben Affleck is a Congressman who is involved in a affair who happens to be this reporters best friend. Ben Afflecks love interest gets murdered along with some other ppl. The person murdering these ppl is an ex military man who is now employed with power point. The newspaper is trying to uncover a story before the police do and Russell Crowe and his friend Della, another reporter unlock the key to solving the crimes and finding out who has murdered these people and why. Its about 2 hours long and is a great thriller of who did what. I enjoyed it and hate sitting through long movies. There are lots of twists and turns and many moments where your mouth drops open and say "noo!!" I really cannot describe a movie I'm sorry I give too much away and stumble on my words. But this movie was good and I would recommend it. I usually do not like Ben Affleck in movies, his acting is bad and I think he's a wussy but he was good in this movie, I give him credit for doing a great job.
