    get to know their customers personally, professional, Great Agents, close to home, excellent service, Always there when I need them, Claims are paid quickly

State Farm — 

We have State Farm Insurance on our house and our cars. When I hit a deer with my truck, I called my agent, found a shop I wanted to use, and when I went to get the estimate and told the shop owner I was with State Farm, it was smooth sailing. I got my truck fixed quickly, and got a couple of follow up calls to see how things were going.
     I also like that our agent keeps us informed on coverages, yet doesn't try to oversell us or push anything on us that we don't want.
