Never had a problem, they've been helpful for 31 years

an aggressive investor, an aggressive saver
Pros

    get to know their customers personally, professional, proactive, Great Agents, close to home, excellent service, Always there when I need them, Claims are paid quickly

Cons
    A little higher cost

We have been with State Farm since 1977, and through the (admittedly) few, but several costly claims we've had, they've been entirely professional and fair. When my car was hit by a city vehicle making an illegal turn, I called my agent, and he guided me through the bureaucratic paperwork. You can't get any better service than that.
