state farm is always friendly and reliable

Pros

    get to know their customers personally, proactive, professional, Great Agents, close to home, excellent service, Always there when I need them, Claims are paid quickly, cheap rates

Cons
    High rates for drivers with tickets

i love state farm this company gives us the best rates, and when we need them they take care of buisnes right away to get us back on the road fast. we have never had a problem with claims ,extra cherges, or changing the policy for whatever might happen. also, the people i have talked to have always been kind and friendly.
