    get to know their customers personally, professional, Great Agents, excellent service, Helpful, Always there when I need them, Claims are paid quickly

Cons
    A little higher cost, a little more money

I have been with State Farm for more than 25 years. I have totaled a car, and had all of the usual occassional fender benders. State farm is fair, consistant, and fast. Never had a need to go somewhere else. You do get what you pay for.
