My State Farm Agency has very Professional, but friendly agents
5 star rating

on a strict budget
Pros

    get to know their customers personally, proactive, professional, Great Agents, close to home, excellent service, Very professional, but friendly, agents., Always there when I need them, Claims are paid quickly

Cons
    A little higher cost, Don't know of any to date.

State Farm has been my insurance provider for many years. I give them an A+. My agent has always been there to answer any questions I may have. He checks in evey 6 months or so to see if we're doing okay and just if everything is alright. He also keeps us up to date on anything new concerning our insurance or anything to do with State Farm
