State Farm Review

My husband and I have been insured through State Farm for almost 18 years together; his family has used State Farm for home and auto insurance for many more years than that.  We have enjoyed warm, knowledgeable customer service representatives in three different cities.  They remember us, our personal situation, and have gone "above and beyond" to help when we've needed it.  Even when calling with a question, I have never had the feeling that I was wasting the representative's time.  I have always been made to feel as if I was the only person they needed to talk to that day!

We feel that the rates are competitive, especially here in Florida.  It is true that many addendums and adjustments were made to our homeowners policy after the state was struck by three hurricanes in one year, but at least they haven't pulled out of the state as many other companies did.

 We have no complaints, and feel that State Farm is a reliable company to use for both home and auto insurance.
