State Farm Review

State farm is a very good company and provides alot of services that keeps me as a client.

I really like their prices as I have done several inquires with other companies including the web seach, Netquote. Only one company beat their quote but they don't take payments online. But no other company can beat their prices and they offer great service. They offer all the discounts that most companies do such as good driver, driving school and multible policy discount to name a few. I personally, have my car and house insured with them and I receive a nice discount for that. I also like the fact that I can pay my bill online which some compainies don't offer. The only problem I have with my agent is they don't answer their phone but they ask you to leave your telephone number and they will return your call. They do call back but sometimes I have other things to do and I really don't like waiting for a call back. Their staff is excellent. They are very friendly and courteous and it seems like they are always looking out for you and trying to save you money with different options. I have been with them for several years and I am very satisfied with the company.

Once, a car hit me and he had the same insurance company as I. They were fast and the communication was excellent. I realized if I ever caused an accident, the person I was involved with would be taken care of just like I was so I am very confident with staying with them.
