State Farm — 

I had State Farm for years and loved them, until they switched me to a different agent. He was the most arrogant, pompass a** I ever spoke to. AND that was without making any claims. He was just NOT a nice person. It gave me a bad taste for the company. I asked to be switched back to my original agent and was told no. This was how they were handling their business. I was afraid that if I ever had to make a claim, I would have difficulty. Since I left them, I have been very happy. I have been told by friends, they are leaving the same agent for his "bad people" skills.
