    get to know their customers personally, professional, Great Agents, excellent service, Always there when I need them, Claims are paid quickly

    A little higher cost

I have been with State Farm Insurance, utilizing multiple carriers, since the age of 16. I can honestly say that I have never had a complaint. When I have had a claim (and I have them for homeowners insurance, as well) they always come through.

Their rates may be a little higher, though I really don't even know this, because whatever I am paying, I wouldn't change based on how well they have treated me!
