A plow hit my car in my yard I have liability we didnt do it?

We got up one morning an was helping our neighbors an they helped us an just by accident the car got scraped by the disk an called state farm i had liability on it so i asked about home owners no it didnt cover it either so now I am stuck with calling around trying to find out how to get it fixed easy. cause it was an accident an I am trying to figur out why they want fix it farm burea would of cause of home owners so to me they just knocked there self down a knotch in my book
