We have had no problems with State Farm.  We have moved several times and had to change agents.  They are always friendly.  I really feel like they are taking care of us.  When I've had small bang-ups to my car they've been quick to get things fixed and back to normal.  They call me to check in and see if anything needs updated.  The one time we switched to a different company that claimed they could give us a better price they lowered some coverage we wanted and sold us other things we didn't need.  We were unhappy and went back to State Farm!
